NOTICE OF PROPOSALS BEING ACCEPTED

Proposals must be received by June 28, 2026 to be considered

The Town of Harrison, Marathon County will be accepting proposals to:

1. Apply Pavement Sealing to 1900 feet of Brookside Road in the Town of Harrison, Marathon County
2. Apply Pavement Sealing to 3122 feet of Nolan Road in the Town of Harrison, Marathon County

Specifications include, but are not limited to: GSB-88 Bituminous Pavement Sealing on approximately .95 miles of Town of Harrison Roads.

1. Brookside Road in the Town of Harrison, Marathon County is 42 feet wide and 268 feet long at the far east end. The remaining 1632 feet is 22 feet wide. This calculates to be a total of 47,160 square feet of surface. The project begins at the intersection of Brookside Road and County Highway HH and ends at 1900 feet west of the intersection of Brookside Road and County Highway HH.
2. Nolan Road in the Town of Harrison, Marathon County is 22 feet wide and 3122 feet long. This calculates to be a total of 68,684 square feet of surface. The project begins at the intersection of Nolan Road and Bear Lake Road and ends at 3122 feet south of the intersection of Nolan Road and Bear Lake Road at the Nolan Road bridge

The town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the town, even if that proposal is not the lowest in cost. If a proposal is accepted, Respondent acknowledges it is not binding until the Town and Respondent have entered into a written contract for the specified construction.

This project is not grant funded and does not require an Engineering certificate
