The Town Chariman has added the following language to the agendas moving forward with regards to public comment “Any person who wishes to address the Town Board during the “Public Comment” portion of the meeting, must provide his or her name, address and the topic he or she wishes to present to the Harrison Town Clerk no later than five minutes before the start of the meeting. All comments must be germane to the jurisdiction of the Town Board“.
